This well cared for 1960 Corvette has been in our family's collection for 45 years. It was purchased by the current owner when he was 16 years-old.

It has been stored in a heated garage and lovingly maintained through it's entire life. It received a frame off restoration in 2005 by Paragon Corvette Reproductions in Swartz Creek, I. The restoration entailed a complete mechanical rebuild as well as a total body restoration which included correct Chevrolet Roman Red paint. The interior was also completely restored to with factory correct vinyl stitched seats and carpeting. It has been driven approximately 500 miles since that time.

The engine, 283 with a single 4 barrel carburetor is attached to a 4 speed manual transmission which works flawlessly through out all 4 gear via a Mr. Gasket shifter. The steering box was replaced at a Chevrolet dealership using original equipment Chevrolet parts, o the steering is very smooth and also factory correct. In short, he car runs and drives like new.

New radio includes cassette player. The heater/defroster is in excellent working condition. Convertible top was replaced with a new one and in excellent condition. The exterior is in prime condition, ith some very minor blemishes and a minor dent below the rear trunk lid. The coves on the side of the car are painted white to match the convertible.

As stated above, he owner purchased the car at age 16 and has maintained and cared for it throughout his life.

As there were only 10,261 of these cars produced in 1960 it is a rare to find one with an owner who has held for 45 years and knows every detail of the car. It is a great driver a real head turner and an outstanding investment.
