Description for Chevrolet Corvette 1980
1980 Corvette Convertible Conversion. I purchased this car a while back, have no time to do it. I believe the '80-'82 body style in Convertible form is a very nice design.
It is too bad all Domestic Convertibles were still banned from production.
I believe the pictures show overall condition well. The frame and usual rust areas are in good shape as far as I can tell.
The car has been retitled as an '83 in Maryland (due to the conversion), ut as far as I know, he title is clear. A new tag and paper are up to you. I have a '68 Coupe set available, r the dismantlers could provide one, nbsp;and the VIN I used is not a Corvette Vin, ut had to put something in to list it unless I list it in parts.
All is legit, o funny business on my end.
No engine/trans, lthough I have a Low Mileage 1980 L-82/TH350 setup I may part with and a 1973 Small Block (long block), resh, ever fired, uilt to First Gen LT-1 Specs with lots of internal goodies. Either of these are NOT INCLUDED with the vehicle.
What the pictures show is all there is. I have left the car alone as far as scavenging parts. It is as I purchased it. The pictures I have for the engine bay and windshield header as well as others I wished to post were too large file-wise. The core support and all related are missing as well as the A/C compressor, lthough everything else under the hood is as it should be.
I am also listing a very, ery nice original 1981 that needs to be done. It is a two tone burgundy, lease search the listings. I am open to making a package deal, lthough the '81 is much too nice and original to part out, n my opinion.
Sale is final. I require a $1000.00 deposit within 48 hours of auction close. Deposit may be made via PayPal, alance due payableby cash, ertified funds (subject to clearing, understand there is a lot of fraud in this area anymore), r bank transfer and must be paid in full and picked up within seven (7) days of auction end. Shipping and delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. I have an open trailer and can assist with delivery at extra cost, BD.
I priced this car at what I believe it will part out for.
Auction is for seven (7) days.
Thanks for looking and good luck.
