1976 Chevrolet Nova Coupe "Stock" No Resreve!

Description for Chevrolet Nova 1976

This Nova is unmolested. Completely stock motor (250 I-6)/trans (250 Hydro) and suspension! with the exception of an aftermarket radio, ater temp gauge and an electric fan. Runs and drives very well. When I say stock, his car still has the smog pump and cat. converter! No smoke or leaks. P/S P/B AC works (cold) but blows poorly. I think a duct is loose or missing as it doesn't blow very hard. Recent new Tires/Brakes kingpins and alignment. It does have some minor rust (see pics), s you would expect. Paint is history.... But a great candidate for restoration! That was my plan for it, hen I bought it, ut life happens! Turns out that grandchildren are more fun then old cars....who knew? Stock 14" rims with bowtie center caps and rings. Inside, he back seat is pretty good but the front bench needs some help. Has a seat cover. Door panels and carpet are good. Headliner has a little sag. All things considered, t's in good shape for a 40 year old car! It is for sale locally, o auction may be terminated if asking price is met. Please feel free to ask questions or come look and test drive! Mileage reads 38 and change. I have to assume it's 138 but the floor and pedals make me wonder if 38 may be real! Brake pedal looks un-worn and it runs so well and doesn't smoke or have any blow-by. I halfway think it may have been stored for a long while and 38 might be the real miles.... The clear FL title shows the mileage as exempt. The trunk lid is missing the springs so it does not stay up on it's own. exhaust pipe has a few small holes between the converter and muffler. The starting price of this no reserve auction is basically what I have in it. Thanks for looking.....
