Description for Chevrolet Camaro 1979
1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 350/4-speed with only 2036 original documented miles. Un-restored original factory paint. One owner until this year. The car was ordered January 30th 1979 and the owner took delivery April 30th 1979 from Jim Smith Chevrolet in Spring Valley, ew York. With the car is all of the original paperwork including the window sticker, ales paperwork, uild/ship sheet, ooks, lyers, oth sets of keys. All original down to the wiper blades with the exception of the battery and slight modification done in 1980. The car has always been stored inside out of the weather and meticulously maintained. This is a museum quality car and the lowest mile 1979 Z28 we have been able to find. When new the original owner purchased wheels, ires, eaders, ntake manifold, arburetor, hifter & air cleaner. He only installed the wheels, ires, ir cleaner, eaders with a smaller starter to clear the headers and relocated the battery to the trunk. He kept all of the original parts except the battery, ires & catalytic converters. All of the factory parts go with the car including the factory wheels with less than 1000 miles on them & a new in box Hurst shifter, delbrock intake manifold & Holley carburetor that he purchased new in 1980 and never installed.
I don't believe you will find a cleaner, riginal, ower mile 1979 Z28. This car has been kept in factory new condition, tored inside, axed & oil changed. This is not a restored car, he paint & interior are 100% how it came from the factory. There is an aftermarket gauge pod installed under the radio that is attached using velcro. It can be removed returning it to 100% factory without damaging the interior.
