Description for Chevrolet Other 1963
You are bidding on a 1963 Chevy Biscayne Wagon with a really cool and unique two tone paint job. The paint is a blue matte finish with an amazing pearl blue white top. When the sun hits the blue and the white top the paint really comes alive. I took it too a local car show/ ratrod show along with my 57 Tbird and the Biscayne wagon got way more attention than my perfect Tbird. I will do my best to answer any and all questions. If you have further questions please feel free to email me or call me directly. I will also do my best to describe the car and any follow you request. just ask. Exterior:The blue is a nice tone matte blue with very nice finish. The white top is a blue pearl white with a clear finish. I have not seen another wagon like this and it is very cool and clean looking car. I was told the previous owner did do some rust repair so I have attached some pics of the bottom as well. The doors line up nicely and shut very easily. The lines and gaps are pretty nice for the age of the car. As old as this car is it still looks nice. Please keep in mind if you are looking for a Barrett Jackson 60K wagon. please look else where. This is pretty cool looking car. however it may not fit your needs and it is not perfect. The chrome on it does look good. however the bumper on the front passenger corner looks to be a little dinged up but still drive-able. The rear bumper looks good. All of the trim is there and again not perfect but a few minor dings in the chrome side trim. Interior:The interior is a two tone blue and white finish as well. The seats are in good shape with no rips or tears. The carpet appears to be new. I had the door panels custom made and had a new headliner installed as well as a new dash pad. Inside look pretty nice as well. however not completely perfect. Drive Train:The motor appears to be the original 327. however the three on the tree has been converted to an automatic turbo 350. The car does have power steering as well as disc brakes. The rear window is also powered window and it does work. All the glass is in good working order with no cracks. The weatherstrip is in descent shape. however not new. The brake lights and head lights do work. The windshield wipers do work as well. The heater does not appear to be hooked up. however it does seem to power on. The car starts and runs fine. I have not driven it much. The wheels and tires are American Racing with a grey finish. The wheels are 20" in the rear and 17" in the front and the tires are in good condition. Its got a really nice stance. This is a nice cruiser. I also have a roof rack as well. however I did not install it because the roof lines look really cool. I will attach more pictures this weekend as soon as the weather clears up here in Northern California from all of the rain. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. I do have a clean and clear California title for the Biscayne and ready to go. Please feel free to email. text or call me at 916-262-6971. I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. due to the fact that I do have it advertised at several local car clubs. My reserve is pretty low considering with these cars are going for at some of the auctions. This car is a really nice daily driver.
