1988 cheverolet flat bed with electric hay spear

This has been sitting outside at least 5 years and shows it. It was boosted, tarted, nd ran and shifted fine. aired two flat tires up, hey are very weather cracked but seem to holding up and have lots of tread. It doesn't smoke and could be just fine, ut it is as is no warranty.. not much good to say about the truck.. The flat bed is pretty good withan electric winch type round bale lift. I'm sure the electric winch does not work, ut it is all there and might be repairable. The vehicle is in Gruver, exas and could be driven, ut the tires are old and there is no inspection sticker or license plates. We can help load it.
