1970 Camaro RS

I bought this car after it came up for sale locally. I have been looking for a nice solid roller to build into a protouring car. Since buying it I have decided that I really don't want to get into painting a car but would rather start with something that has a "driver"paint job therefore I am trying to sell it.

The guy I bought it from started to chemical strip the paint. It has had one paint job over the original Yellow paint. Before I bought the car I Google searched and found the newspaper paper ad from the April 23rd1971 Santa Cruz Sentinel that had this car for sale. It was listed as "Stan Prolo's personal yellow Camaro demo — 1970 loaded!"it lists the VIN #124870N578080. Prolo Chevrolet was a big Chevrolet dealership back in the day. I bought the electronic scanned version for the clipping. Pretty Cool!

About the car:

90% chemical stripped. Every panel has the original yellow paint. The car does not appear to have ever had any replacement panels or wrecks.

Complete rolling car minus hood, ront seats, nd engine/transmission. Everything else is there.

Rust free under car.

Passenger side rear quarter has a dime size rust hole and passenger side front fender has some rust on bottom of fender. Other than these two areas its rust free. I'm guessing these developed from how it was stored all these years.

Clean Michigan Title in my name. When I bought the car it had a Nevada title. Car has been in California /Nevada most of its life.

I really don't want to take a loss on this but I do want to buy my next project. I would be interested in a 1962 two door Impala as a trade of some sorts. Must have paint.
