Description for Chevrolet Camaro 1971
https://youtu.be/GOD6x0p_Hyw Car in action on youtube!1971 CamaroI will describe this vehicle the best I can. I did not build it therefore my information is limited.Going by the sticker in the windshield this car was last run in 2006 on a 1/4 mile track. The vin plate is in tacked and comes back clean when researched. This vehicle is being sold with a bill of sale only. The stamp on the engine block isconcurrent with a 454. I do not know if it has been bored. The cylinder heads are HI Perf gm2T as shown in the pictures. Rear end is 10 bolt, assume it has a spool because both wheels are locked. The doors, front fenders and hood are fiberglass and side windows are lexan, ront and rear windows are glass and in good condition. The rear trunk where the tail lights mount has been replaced. Has ignition box mounted in passenger floorboard. Paint is a twenty footer, as some paint bubblin, hips and scratches. The left front fiberglass fender has a crack about eight inches long and looks like front tire may have blown out at one time. Powerglide automatic transmission with small torque converter with trans brake mounted on shifter. I don't know all the specifics about this car other than it runs and sounds really strong and launches well as seen in the video. Any questions I can be reached at nine one nine 868-3578. I have this car listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early. I also require a 500 paypal deposit within 48 hours after auction end and the remainder cash or certified bank check before pick up or shipping. The engine and transmission alone are worth my reserve of 6,900.
One last note the front wheel bearings, calipers, brake pads and brake hoses were replaced this week. One caliper was sticking so I did a complete brake job because of the age of the vehicle.
