This Corvette was a restoration project for a father and son who traded it in on a couple Harley's. The car was traded in with most of the motor, uspension, rive line and tires all recently redone with receipts included.The receipts total over $10,000 (not including the purchase of the car itself).The motor has been recently gone through by A.V. Machine Shop in San Jose CA. The bill totaled Just under $3000 and included 30 over bore, ew flywheel, alanced crank, alve job etc.The motor runs great and appears to have no leaks. The engine compartment and engine itself appear very clean and still have the Chevy blue paint on various motor components. The Alternator is new.Borelli Motor Sports in San Jose went through the steering and rebuilt/replaced the lower control arms. We also have the title "in hand".The car does have the carrier rack for the t-tops. The seats have recently been re upholstered and the carpet is fairly new as well.I would say the car is mechanically pretty much gone through. The previous owner said they stopped on the car at the point of finishing the body. Although the body appears in very good condition, he California sun has faded the paint over the years.Reserve is set at a fraction of the receipts and investment put into the car.Please notify us with any questions.

Title Information: Vehicle's title may be held at banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, ut is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an estimate time of arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

House of Thunder Harley-Davidson®will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Pam atHouse of Thunder Harley-Davidson®bye-mailor phone (408) 776-1900 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, e reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyers.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, uccessful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to seller a deposit in the form of 10% by major credit card, ash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, uyer must send balance of funds by bank wire, ash in person, ank certified funds to seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, uyer MUST fax a copy of their state issued valid Driver's License. Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, ll other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller.
