• You are viewing a 1989 Chevrolet Silverado Short Bed Step side pickup with 99,740 miles that is completely original and unmolested --- It has ZERO RUST and isvery straight

• The first thing I want to make clearis that my definition ofZERO RUSTmeans alloriginal sheet metal & body panelswith no previous rust or rust repairs and no patch panels

• This truck is equipped with a 350 cubic inch (5.7 litre) V8, utomatic transmission, ower windows & locks, ilt steering & cruise and AM/FM radio
• PAINT --- paint is thin and the clear coat is coming off but the silver paint below the side trim moldings is excellent
• BODY PANELS --- all original with no signs of previous repairs --- the only damage is to the lower edge of the right door as shown in the pictures which is an easy fix
• GRILL --- original and in verynice condition with no cracks or chips & no peeling chrome
• BUMPERS --- straight withvery nice impact strips and front guards
• BED ---super nice --- no cracks in the fiberglass --- inside is scratched but not beat up --- front bed rail next to the cab is perfectly straight --- no holes have been drilled in the bed
• TAILGATE --- very straight with no dents or dings --- opens, loses and latches perfect
• BED STEP PADS --- all 4 of the rubber step pads are perfect
• REAR BUMPER STEP PAD --- perfect
• SPARE TIRE --- appears to be original and never down (Uniroyal Tiger Paw 235/75x15 with 100 percent tread)
• TIRES --- all 4 are new and haveonly 300 hundred miles on them but are 215/75x15 which is the wrong size
• JACK --- complete and mounted in compartment behind seat
• GLASS --- all original and in good condition --- no cracks but the windshield does have one rock chip
• INTERIOR --- headliner like new, oor panels perfect, ash perfect with no cracks, ll plastic trim in perfect condition, teering wheel perfect, eat is stained and worn, arpet is dirty and faded, o recover the seat and install new carpet and the interior will be perfect
• LIGHTS --- all interior and exterior lights work except for the cargo light (probably needs a bulb)
• DASH LIGHTS & GAUGES --- all dash lights work, ll gauges work with the exception of the oil pressure gauge
• POWER EQUIPMENT --- power windows work perfect (not slow or sticky) power locks work perfect --- wipers & washers work good
• ENGINE --- starts right up and runs smooth & quiet but does smoke some mostly when first started --- probably valve guide seals which is typical for a small block Chevy
• TRANSMISSION --- shifts good and firm but no kickdown (probably linkage adjustment?)
• A/C --- compressor does notengage --- has been retrofitted with 134A
• EXHAUST --- a little noisy, eeds tailpipe and maybe a gasket up front, therwise looks solid

• This truck drives solid & straight & stops good --- no squeaks or rattles --- we drove it about 100 miles yesterday with no problems and I see no reasonthe new ownerwould have any problems driving home any distance --- out of town buyers can fly in and drive home, 'll pick you up at the Kansas City International Airport (KCI)
