This car is drop dead gorgeous! People flock to this car and take pictures while cruising in town. An original Nevada Car, t is dry, olid and has garaged continuously since renovation.
Renovation was professionally done about 5 years ago. The renovation included the interior of the car, nd it looks great! New seats, oor panels, arpet, op boot, tc. It has been done in its original hounds tooth pattern. This Impala has power windows, nd the vent windows are also power! The power top was rebuilt with new pump, ines, ylinders and a black top. All the original stainless was re-polished and the bumpers re-chromed.
The transmission was upgraded to a 350 turbo and shifts great. This Impala gets its aggressive stance from a full air ride suspension that was professionally installed. It has all high quality components from Air Ride Technologies, iar, MC, ct. The suspension was also newly installed 5 years ago. It is fully adjustable by the press of a button, nd can be set at your desired ride height. All the suspension is bolt on. The car has Tublar upper and lower control arms, ith poly bushings, tc. A wishbone setup was installed in the rear, hich with the air ride, s a huge improvement over the off centered 3 link. The car rides and handles great!
This car was fitted with a new set of chrome Torque Thrust II wheels, 8s in front and 20x10 in the rear, rapped in new z-rated rubber. These wheels were installed when the renovation was completed 5 years ago. The braking system was also completely upgraded at that time. It has 4 wheel brakes, ith slotted and drilled rotors, ed calipers, tainless braided hoses and a power dual reservoir master cylinder.
The car has a 605 close ratio power steering setup, hich makes making turns a breeze! Much easier and nicer to drive than factory power steering.
No expense was spared when doing the renovations 5 years ago, nd the car has hardly been driven since then!
