For your consideration is most likely the nicest 1990 Chevrolet K-5 Blazer in the country. Very difficult to find an unmolested one. I am the 3rd owner. The original owner sold it to his neighbor (both older gentlemen) in Colorado who sent it to the local Chevy store and had over $9,000.00 spent on it for new engine (at 117k) and what ever else they could do. I do have all receipts which are a considerable stack of them. I purchased it from him 5 years ago and have spent an additional $4,000.00 making it as perfect as possible down to $350.00 for having the steering wheel factory wrapped in leather. Most everything is new from tires to wiper blades. Never wrecked, lways garage kept. The maintenance has been meticulous.....no expense spared. I would not hesitate to drive this Blazer anywhere in country tonight.
There is no rust! You can still see the grease pencil factory markings on the frame. The frame and under carriage has not been painted. It still retains the factory semi black finish. The driveshaft was not painted from the factory so the finish is original use. All suspension is tight and correct. Of course new shocks have been added due to age.
The interior is factory fresh. No repairs ever. The velvet cloth still shines deep red as it did new. The carpets are fresh and original. The plastic trim and door panels are clean and not deteriorated in the least. All interior chrome trim are very nice and fresh. All glass are perfect and brilliant. Air conditioning is ice cold with no compressor noise. The power windows and locks are quick ....not lazy. The sound system is very good.
THIS BLAZER DRIVES STRAIGHT AND SOLID. THE SHEET METAL IS LASER STRAIGHT. THE SIDES AND TOP ARE LIKE GLASS. IT LOOKS WET WHEN IT'S DRY.
I hate to part with it but my corral is over flowing....There is always something new and interesting to buy. If you know anything about these last Blazers then you know how rare it is to find one like this in these colors. I've seen them bring $20k before on EBAY not as nice as this one but I am realistic. A true investment vehicle.
