Description for Chevrolet Other Pickups 1950
Here is one of the best looking 1950 Rat Rods that you will ever see, ery unique and turns heads where ever you go. The logo of the door is "Sun-Drop", Southern Tradition in Soft Drinks. A lot of time and thought went into building this truck from the oil pan console to the flames ground into the fenders. This is not a Professional built truck, t was built Using Quality Scrap yard parts and a Few Items we already had in the shop. Truck body is on a S10 frame (no air bags) so you are looking at the riding stance (rides very good). Has Disc Brakes for Added Safety. Truck has common rust area's like cab corners, ottom of doors and behind front passenger fender and bottom of front fenders but over all the truck is pretty solid. I have used Passenger Side Cab Corner Hole to House My Friends Robotic Rat (Not Included In The Sale)I will try and list everything about the truck but I highly suggest you come look or ask questions before you make a bid, ot everybody knows about what, ow and the looks of a Rat Rod, ts not suppose to look like a new truck! I am Open for Inspections During Auction Time. Please Email to Schedule a Time.Engine - I bought this engine about 8 months ago from a Local guy who had just rebuilt it bottom to top. He has a Wicked Fast S-10 Drag truck. This was temporary motor while his Big Motor was in Speed Shop. He made only 4 1/8 Mile passes then he pulled it out when he got his regular racing engine Back. I bought the engine and have had zero problems. He was unable to give exact specs on the engine but bottom is basically stock Good Crank factory rods. The Block number is 3970014 so it is a 1970-76 Camaro-Corvette-Truck Motor some are 2 Bolt or 4 bolt mains. This is a 2 Bolt Main Motor. It has a Weiland Aluminum Intake Nice Edelbrock 650 Cfm Carberator has Electric choke but I have never ran wire to it.
