Another Barn Find Treasure headed to a good home...Winning Bidder that is..Lol.This 1977 Camaro has been sitting for some time. In 2011 somebody was attempting a return to the street but never finished.I took it and washed it, iped down the interior then bought Gas and a $100 Battery with a full warranty to start it.That is the extent of my interference in YOUR COOL TOY!!
The downside... There is some sun damage to the seats.Fading and a few small tears on the back of the drivers seat as seen in the photos.Will need a carpet and headliner There is a small rust spot behind the lower doors on the rear quarters that will need very small patches and a little bubbling in front of the lower door on the passenger side fender. There are 2 small places on the drivers floor that need a small patch. There is a very small ding on the rear drivers side wheel well.And then removing a bit of pinstriping and a new paint job will make the body near perfect. OR YOU CAN DRIVE IT LIKE IT IS...IT LOOKS VERY COOL!!!After sitting for so long the car will need a complete servicing (oil change, ranny service, rake flush, une up, tc.. ) and it may need a Carb kit. It has a slight vacuum leak that may go away once the seals expand with a little use. There is a crack in the windshield as shown in the photos..Doesn't impede vision and a cheap replacement cost.
The UPSIDE...It has a GREAT solid Body and frame except what was listed earlier. None of the rust problems around the windows that others have..Heavy Duty Suspension to include sway bars and this wicked beast runs Great!!Want to restore One??? You are WAY ahead of the Game using this as a starting point!!! IT has only 90,600 Miles on it!!
It has the Rally Dash with the Tach and 130 MPH Speedometer!! Did I mention the Tilt Wheel???
While the CAR is WICKED ..DON'T do anything Wicked with these Tires...They have New Tread BUT ARE VERY OLD.. They should be replaced. The Passenger side door handle has a crack. A new One AND the Air Conditioning Compressor AND the 5th Matching Snowflake Wheel AND a new headlight are in the Trunk.
I HAVE ALSO INCLUDE A NEW MSD SYSTEM (to include the distributor) !!! It is in the Trunk as well!!!
Why spend $30,000 on Ebay picking up a pretty one with all the problems hiding under Bondo when you can buy this Wicked Beast with everything included that is hiding NOTHING? !!!!
