Description for Chevrolet Nova 1967
2 door hard top, ale yellow with a black interior. Original California car with its original black plates. I am the second owner. I've owned it since 1989. It has fresh paint over great body work and a clean bench seat interior. It is a wonderful driver. It handles well with a combination of CPP and Global West suspension upgrades.additionally billet aluminum shock towers have replaced the stock stamped steel units. The wheels are chrome rimmed Rallies with black centers, 5x5(185/70 r15) front, 5x8(245/60 r15) rear It has front disc brakes so it stops well. The engine is new and was professionally built by Valley Head Service. It is a 60 over 350 cu in 4 bolt SBC. It has Edelbrock aluminum RPM heads and intake. The cam is a Lunati flat tappet hydraulic. The induction is a FAST 2.0 EZ computer controlled throttle body system, ith an in-tank fuel pump and integrated electronic ignition system. The fuel tank is a new stainless steel unit from Tanks Inc. The cooling system has an aluminum radiator by U.S. Radiator and a high out-put aluminum water pump. There is a 7qt. "winged" front sump oil pan using a stock out put Nova oil pump. The headers are ceramic coated by Doug's with a Pypes 2.5" stainless steel exhaust system. On the dyno rollers, he engine made 320 rwhp under 5 grand.
The transmission is a Muncie M20 wide ratio manual and the clutch is a LUK in the stock bell housing. All of the clutch mechanicals are stock Nova pieces, asily replaced and serviced. The rear end is a stock 10 bolt unit with 3.08 rear gear.
This is a wonderful example of a 67 Nova. It has been a joy to own and has serviced me well over the years. It is almost complete with the upgrades I have wanted to do. It has been featured in tech articles for the Super Chevy Nova Annual magazine(conversion to a 4 speed), uper Chevy magazine(FAST fuel injection installation) and Hot Rod Magazine Aug. 2015(tuning the Fast system).
