Description for Chevrolet Corvette 1969

1969 Chevy Corvette, umber matching 350 hp/350 ci V8, speed, o hit body, as older repaint, rame and birdcage perfect, alwaysgaraged, ame owner from new until 2012. Original side pipe car, odifications when nearly new represen how these Vettes actually looked in the day. Had the car inspected by a Corvette expert, is opinion is the flares were a dealer installed option when the car was new and is very impressed how well they were done and have held up. Other period mods are Cragar SS type Superior "Mag" wheels with white lettered radials, dlebrock Street Master intake manifold, olley carb and Accell dual point distributor. Hooker side pipes are new but the car is a original side pipe car as identified by the rear valance with out exhaust cut outs. Smogequipmentand ignitionshieldsare long gone. Engine has been rebuilt recently, lso new clutch, ll new brakes including calipers and hoses and cables. Newhydraulics for power steering, ew bushings in suspension plus rebuilt trailing arms. Interior is original and seat covers are split, here is an aftermarket stereo and a newer steering wheel. T-tops and removable rear window glass, his is my personal car and I love the way it looks and sounds, eryaggressive, as American Thunder inserts in the side pipes as they are the best balance between sound and performance. I have lost my storage facility and amtryingto sell 4 of my 6 classic cars. This car is turn key and runs ans drive well. It is not perfect but italwaysgets plenty of attention and I am proud to own it. Paint is dull most areas and the driver door and rear quarter have a different shine. There is a crack in the right front valance area that has been repaired, he headlights work but can be lazy same with the wiper door. Simply a rock solid, umbers matching, ean looking and sounding Vette. On Nov-09-15 at 16:35:47 PST, eller added the following information:

A bidder asked about the color and the trim tag, checked and the paint code is 983 which comes back to Fathom green. I had never found any evidence of a color change so I went back to the garage to investigate and eventually I found what looks like green paint under the hood seal gasket! I never would have known if this gentleman hadn't asked. Thanks for the heads up, don't want to miss representanything. Personally I like the blue better LOL! Also the trim code comes back to Saddle which it is so the interior I am sure is original.
