You are bidding on a very nice 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. This car retains the correct matching number (correct casting and vin numbered) 350/300 HP engine. This car is well-equipped with: automatic transmission, ir conditioning, ower brakes, ower steering! Unlike many color-change cars, his Corvette is trim-tag-correctRed and Black!

This car is in excellent, echanically sound condition. The car is tight, nd runs and drives excellent. The body, rame, nd other the areas of concern on most collector cars of this era are of no concern on this vehicle. The frame is devoid of any issues, ust, r damage. The frame rail end caps, ick ups, irdcage, tc are all excellent, o issues! The underside, hile not NCRS-detailed, s clean, ainted, nd looks great. Nice enough for anyone to put their head under, nd see that it's in great shape, lean, tc. Brake calipers have been replaced recently too!

The body fitment excellent, ith no evidence of accidents, oor patch work, tc. The bonding strips are in all four corners of the car, ndicating that the car is a no-hit, riginal panel Corvette. The doors, ood, eadlights, tc all align, it, nd close as expected.

The car has newer paint and shines and presents itself very well. While it's not a 100 point perfect paint job, t's excellent for a nice car to show, rive, nd enjoy. It would do very well at any local/regional show, ruise-in, tc. There aretwo areasthat have been touched up, ut nothing major. One is behind the LH headlight bucket, here two small chips have been touched up, nd the other is forward of the LH door on the backside of the front fender where the door rubbed the paint off before the door was properly adjusted. Both areas have been touched up, nd are not big deals, nd do not stick out at all, ust trying to disclose anything I see.

The brightwork/chrome/trim is in excellent condition. The front bumpers appear to be excellent originals andthe rearbumpers arebrand new, s is thetaillight assys, as door, oor handles, mblems, tc.

The car features steel wheels,andan original set ofcorrect hubcaps, ith new spinners,and whitewalltires that are all in great shape!

The interior appears to be a great combination of super nice original componentry, nd new replacement parts. The interior is in excellent condition. The tach, peedo, emp/alt/oil pressure guage all work. The tachometer needle bounces a bit, nd makes a bit of clicking noise, ut it works fine; likely needs the drive cable greased.The clock, ot surprisingly is inop, ut a cheap fix! It appears that the odometer is not working.The convertible top is white and has been replaced.The dateon the back window indicates it was last replaced in 1987. It's in nice shape overall, ith no tears, tc, nd the back window is clear. The top is not latched down in these pictures as a side note. It stretches out and looks great onces it's fully latched down.

The engine compartment has been nicely/correctly detailed and all proper componentry is in place. The engine runs great/smooth, tc. The engine starts right up, ith no noises, moke, tc. Even though it's a small block engine, he exhaust has a nice note. A Vintage Airaftermarket air conditioning set up has been installed, hich works great and blows cold!The mileage shows 79K, ut it's hard to say for certain what actual mileage is.
