1949 Chevrolet 3100 Five Window DELUXE model pickup truck. Attached vin plate shows this is an early production 1949 (August 1948) and this is the 1/2 ton model. Been sitting in the same barn since 1972. This was ordered with every available option at time of purchase. Deluxe front brush/cattle bumper guard. Factory original deluxe hood ornament. Deluxe stainless front grille, tainless outer and inner windshield trim. Stainless outer and inner door window trim. Stainless radio and glovebox door trim. Original six cylinder engine (down to the carb air cleaner). Original radiator, ven the original horn set. Rust in cab corners. I have new inner and outer cab corners for both sides. Comes with this sale. Drivers door has rust. I have a PERFECT 100% rust free undamaged factory Chevrolet door for the driver's side. The owner removed the bed and stored it in the barn with the truck. Then he made a hay hauling rig with homemade stake be. Frame is guaranteed to be undamaged front to back. The bed is shown off the truck in one of the photographs. It has recently been sandblasted to prepare for primer and repaint since the picture was taken. There is some rust through on the front bed crosspiece (behind the cab). One stake pocket has some rust through. Tailgate has some dings and dents but opened and closed when it was still on the bed. Rear fenders are missing for the bed, o naturally are not included. I have sent for a title in my name. Takes about six to seven weeks to come back to me. It is an ORIGINAL clear state title.
