1978 Chevrolet K30

Description for Chevrolet C/K Pickup 3500 1978

Rare 1978 Chevrolet K30 regular cab. This truck originally came with a 350 but a 454 was swapped into it years ago, uffix code says 454, or 4 bolt main. I have not pulled the pan to find out which, ut it does an Edelbrock performer intake and headman headers. I drove it 80 miles to where it is parked now, ith the intent to restore/mod it, here are flat spots on the flywheel ring gear so truck has to be roll started. Dana 60 front, 4 bolt rear with 4.56 gears I was told there is a Detroit locker in the front, never verified it though. SM465 tranny NP205 Transfer case. The perfect base to build. Includes box, spare hood with the crack pictured, wo good doors with 88 K10 mirrors ( I will upload pictures if requested).
