Noland Adams used this car in writing his book THE COMPLETE CORVETTE RESTORATION & TECHNICAL GUIDE VOL. 1 1953 THROUGH 1962.Approximately 1996, obert Bove purchased it. Being true to his life long calling and his father, obert dry stripped the entire car (except the hard top)with a razor blade and washed it with a lacquer thinner down to the original fiberglass. Mr. Bove repaired any hairline cracks and then re-primed and painted with the original color -Onyx Black Lacquer paint. He sold the magnificent car to Mike White, hich it won a few awards including an appearance in CLASSIC CHEVY WORLD May 2001.
