Truck was restored by a previous owner to be as close to original as possible; this is NOT a modern vehicle in an antique shell. I purchased this truck about eleven years ago here on Ebay from an antique auto dealer and have enjoyed it thoroughly; really hate to let it go, ut it's time for someone else to enjoy it for a while. I don't know whether all of the parts are original to the truck, ut all are period correct. The truck always starts right up by stepping on the foot-starter button, nd runs great. Since acquiring the truck, 've overhauled the braking system, eplaced the ring gear, eplaced the clutch plate, onverted from a generator to an alternator-based system, eplaced the points with an electronic ignition module, nd added seatbelts and turn signals for safety. At some point in its history, he truck has been an award winner at some auto shows, ased on some pictures provided by the previous owner. I have an original owner's manual for a 1956 model truck, riginal shop manuals, nd various other literature that I will provide with the truck. I do not know the mileage of the vehicle, s the odometer has not worked since I've owned the truck.
