1962 Chevrolet Nova 400. BARN FIND! Chevy 2 Nova! All original!

Description for Chevrolet Nova 1962

A 1962 Chevrolet 2 Nova 400. 17k original miles, true barn find! The interior and body are all original, t's missing nothing. All the trim inside and out are there right down to the rims and hub caps. Chrome is still shiny and only surface rust on the body. No holes or major issues. Lines and gaps are all straight. Really nice classic car, great restoration project. Positives/additions:
Rear air shocks
new springs and lifters
3 port intake
Camshaft
Carburetors (2/3)
Tachometer added
Original head was re-worked
Original gas tank re-worked
New wires/hoses/belts/plugs/battery
Original radiator
Engine bay cleaned and painted black
New tires.
Engine takes a while to start but it runs fine, o issues AFAIK. I have driven it.
Everything on the car is original and works great.
Needs:
Brakes stopped working, o pedal. Needs diagnosis. I drove it back in September of 2015 and the brakes worked but had a bad chatter.
E-brake needs diagnosis, ossible cable issue. (I was told not to pull it.)
Only 2/3 carbs. The third wouldn't fit without modifying the firewall. Also needs linkage.
Windshield wiper motor (included) needs to be re-mounted and connected.
New wiper blades
