Description for Chevrolet C-10 1981

Engine: 2005 GTO with 69K when pulled by myself and previous owner
. Trailblazer SS headers with Jegs 2.5" X pipe system into flowmasters
. Tall valve covers with custom made coil relocation kit
Trans: 4L65e from same GTO (never separated engine and trans)
Driveshaft: Custom made stock length steel shaft with spicer joints.
This is one of my favorite parts on the truck since the drive train owner allowed me to help make the shaft. Very cool process.
Rearend: 1974 12 bolt 3.40 gear.
. Hardened axles from Summit Racing
. Moser rear end girdle
. 2.5" race style studs with 1/2" spacers for wheels
Fuel: Walboro 255 in tank pump
. Corvette fuel filter/regulator
. Steel fuel line up to intake. ( less than 2 feet of rubber hose total)
Wiring: Fuel injection connection's LS2/4L65e harness
. Previous owner installed new Summit Racing body harness.
. The whole truck has NEW wiring.
Suspension: Around a 6/8 total static drop
. Front end lowered on Belltech 3" spindles and 2.5 to 3 springs
. Rear has shackles and hangers with a "C" notch and flip kit
Brakes: New front rotors and pads (1" factory style rotor)
. New cylinders and shoes on the rear end
. All new steel and rubber lines
Interior: All new Autometer "Old timer" gauges that ALL work with the LS2
. Re upholstered 90's style bench
. Sony head unit with behind the seat 10" sub and amp box.
. Complete Vintage Air and heat system (Blows Ice cold)
Wheels: 20x8 TT2 fronts with 245's and 20x10 rears with 305's
Body: I've been over this truck front to back and have found 0 rust on the body and very little surface on the frame.
. The paint is in very good shape for what it is and who did it. Previous owner painted it at 16. I did the white stripe in single stage with clear finished off by a total wet sanding and buffing. I'm picky about paint and body but I'd give this a6.5 out of 10. The body does show it's age and a few ripples as would an old worktruck with a teenager doing the body work but it is a TOTAL eye catching driver quality job.
. Custom made flush mount tonneau cover. It's made from hardboard wood covered in vinyl. It was a test to see if it could be done and a map to making a metal one but it has held up well so....

. Custom smooth front bumper (no longer the factory bumper with turn signals pictured outside)
