VEHICLE INFORMATION

This vintage 1977 Malibu was just traded in by the second owner who has owned it since 1992. His great aunt was the original owner and it has been garage kept since new. From 1977 to 1992 the car was driven only 38k miles. Since 1992 it was only driven 8k miles. All original paint and interior and no modifications except an aftermarket radio. I just took this car on a 50 mile drive and it is probably the smoothest and quietest old car that I have ever driven. This car is a base Malibu but was special ordered with a power bench seat, Power windows and AC. The seat lifts up and down but does not currently move forward or back. The windows work fine and the AC is complete but does not work. It most likely needs to be converted and charged. You probably couldn't restore the interior any nicer than it is. The body is solid and the paint is nice. It does have a few bumps and bruises from over the years but is very presentable. The brakes work smooth, The suspension is nice and tight and the tire have good tread but will need to be replaced due to cracking. This Malibu is a true survivor. The only change besides the stereo have been maintenance items like battery, Hoses, Belts and the master cylinder but the original one does come with the car. Please email with any questions.
