THIS CALIFORNIA NATIVE 1969CHEVY SHORT BED TRUCK WAS BUILT AT THE FREMONT PLANT IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND THIS TRUCK HAS SPENT ITS ENTIRE LIFE IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA . THIS TRUCK STILL MAINTAINS ITSORIGINALPAINT WITH REAL CALIFORNIA PATINA. THIS IS A SUPER CLEAN STOCK TRUCK THAT IS A GREAT RUNNER / DRIVER.

THE BODY AND PAINT - The body on this truck is in over all goodcondition and the floor pans, kick panels are dry and solid, they look great. The bed and bed sides are original to the truck and do not have any old repairs or any damage to them they are in good original condition.The inside of the bed is in good condition it is not beat up or abused. The original wood bottom is partially intact and the original metal slats are in good original condition. The original tailgate is straight and is not bowed but there are some dents on the top of it.Both the doors are original to the truck and are solid they look good. Both front fenders are also original to the truck and I have checked the passenger side fender down low in line with the battery and it shows no signs of rust same with the driver’s side both look good. Both of the inner fender wells and the battery tray are original to the truck and they show no signs of damage or rust they look good. The radiator support is also original andit shows no signs ofdamage or rust and will not need to be replaced. The outer rocker panels are original to the truck and they are in super condition with no signs of rust they look good. The inner rockers look solid there are no signs of rust. The windshield pillars and upper windshield area both outside and inside are rust free and are in good condition. The top of the metal dash down by the windshields rubber is ingood condition and it shows no signs of water stains or rust it looks good. The hood is in good condition and it lines up nicely with the fenders. The hood hinges are in good condition and they are not sprung. The floor tunnel and the firewall are clean and rust free and the original chalk marks are still legible on the firewall. While looking down the side of this truck it looks straight and the body gaps are good throughout. Thistruck has all of its original GM panels andover allthe body on this truckis super clean for being original and this truck was pampered throughout its life. This is an original truck and it hasa few small dings and scrapes but overall this truck is straight and clean. The original paint on this truck is saddle poly with a white roof and it is thin here and there showing its real California patina but overall it still holds a shine and is nice looking.

THE INTERIOR- The inside of thistruckis ingood clean condition. Thefront seat is in good condition with no tears or wear marks, it looks good. The original rubber mat is intact and it looks good but there is a split on the driver’s side floor. The dash pad is ingood condition with no cracks or blemishes. The steering wheel is a 1969 vintage gm wheel that is in good original condition and it matches the interior nicely. The original instruments in the dash are in good working order. The sun visors are intact and in ok condition. The original paint on the door panels is in good condition and the armrest are not cracked they are clean. The heater and blowercontrols are intact and are in good working order.Theradio is original is not working and there are no added speaker holes cut in to this truck. The original dash paint is ingood condition and overall the inside of thistruck is super clean from top to bottom.

THE MOTOR- This truckis equipped with theoriginal250 6 cyl. motor that is bone stock. Thistruck runs good and this motor is not a leaker or smoker it is dependable. The motor is equipped with all the original GM factory accessories.

THE TRANS - The transis the original automatic transmission and itis in good working order and it does not slip. The original rear end is a nice tight rear end that does not clunk or howl. When you drop this truck in to gear there is no universal joint clunks or noises.

THE SUSPENSION – The front suspension is all original stock and the front end steers straight. The power brakes are stock to the truck and are in good working order.

THE RIMS ANDTIRES- Thetires are new and the stock steel wheels are clean along withthe original hubcaps they all are in good condition.

THE OVER ALL- Thisoriginal c10 truck is a super clean driver with a great look.The outer bright work on this truck is clean and straight it all looks good. The glass is not cracked and is in good condition for being original. The original glove box options sticker is intact and legible and the owner’s manual, brochure booklet is included. The warranty booklet is missing the plate and is not legible. The original black license plates are in good condition and are included with the truck. The electrical is in good original condition and it is all in good working order. The exhaust is newer and is in good condition. This truck drives down the roadstraight and for being original it’s a nice dependable driver. This is a good running truck that shifts and drives good it is a joy to drive. This truck gets a lot of attention while running around and is an affordable classic to own.
