Description for Chevrolet Chevelle 1970
This is a solid 1970 Chevelle Malibu 4 speed vinyl top car that is virtually rust free. The only rust spot visible is on the lower corner of the passenger fender. The person I bought it from lived in Santa Fe, NM, which is high desert. It does not have a motor or transmission. It originally came with AC and PS. It has manual brakes with front drums. It has a 10 bolt rear axle. Two new full rear quarters were professionally installed. It only needed lower quarters but I decided to have the full quarters installed. The floor pans are in excellent condition as is the trunk pan. The front windshield is cracked. The front bumper is new.The VIN and Cowl Tag are on the car:
ST 70 13637 DT 46720 BDYTR 771 50 N, M, or H PNT06D262
The front bucket seats and rear seat are in the car. The console is shown in the miscellaneous parts pics. All or most all of the stainless steel trim appears to be present. The underside of the trunk lid I believe is the original color, sort of a cream color. It was painted over with a brown paint at some point. The front clip has a green color.
The car is being sold as a project or parts car. Please look closely at the pictures and ask any questions you have. You are welcome to inspect the car. The wheels on the car will not come with it, I will put on some good rollers on black steel wheels.
I have a clear Title for the car. The sale is final and return is not accepted. The buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping. A $500 cash or cashiers check deposit is due within three days of winning the auction and the balance is due in cash or cashiers check within seven days of winning the auction.
