Description for Chevrolet Silverado 3500 1990

This is a old military truck. It has a 454, turbo 400, 205 transfer case, Dana 60 front axle, 14 bolt full floating rear. It does not run and it has missing parts on the engine and interior. It was that way when I bought it. The body is in good condition for a square body and the frame is mint! It shows less then 48K on the odometer. I have a clear VA title in my name. Would make a great project!
