Description for Chevrolet Camaro 1969

1969 Big Block 454/ZL-1 show car, 4 Speed Camaro from New Mexico. I purchased the vehicle from a Florida resident. 2014 Lake Mirror Classic Award winner (2) Sponsor's Choice Awards. She's been restored to look like a COPO 1969 Camaro. She wears a show quality virtually flawless, smooth as glass paint finish, with new deluxe black hounds tooth interior, new carpet and headliner, new door panels and dash pad, new glass all around, new trim and chrome bumpers. Rust free throughout. Full gauge package with 140 MPH speedometer and 7000 tach., wood wheel and SS floor mats. All new sheetmetal and weather stripping throughout. The paint and interior finish match the trim tag build. Early pre-X code Norwood Camaro. Virtually all new and or refinished components.
The engine in the car is a rebuilt 454 cast #14015445 block with 1971 LS5 heads, COPO #3933163 manifold, #3967477-GG Holley, built to look like a 427 with cowl induction. **Second engine is a complete long block 1969 ZL-1 all aluminum 427 #3946052. Engine has been rebuilt 30 over with new internals and L88 cam. Block is dated 3/13/69, heads are dated 3/26 and 4/10 #3946074, ZL-1/L88 intake manifold. Broaching on engine pad is T0428ML, this is engine #190. This is not a Yenko ZL-1 or a Schwartz ZL-1. It is one of the 200 engines that was assembled for the ZL-1 run back in 1969. Broach mark indicates that this engine was to be installed in a 4 speed car (ML). This Camaro was selected to receive the engine because of the color, show condition and being a former big block SS Camaro. However circumstances have changed and it did not happen. Aluminum radiator, new cad-plated booster and new brakes front and rear. Transmission is a rebuilt M-21 case casting 3840383. Rebuilt bolt 12 Posi with 4:10 gearing. Bell housing 8088336, Hurst shifter.Trim Tag info: ST 69 12437 NOR103824 TR 713 72 72 BDY 09B PNTRims (5) Z/28 stamped K-1-7 restored with (5) original F70-15 Polyglas tires, not repro tires for show. Spare and jack reside in the finished trunk. The underside is just as clean as the topside with new Flowmaster exhaust system, awesome exhaust sound.
Two (2) Lake Mirror Classic Sponsor Awards Camaro. The Camaro is a beautiful COPO clone showcar with the possibility to be an ultra rare 1969 ZL-1 COPO clone!
