1962 Chevrolet Impala Up for sale today and ready available for immediate purchase is this beautiful 1962 Chevrolet Impala. The car has maintained an original appearance most its life but has recently undergone some modern upgrades making it one truly bad ass ride. We build quite a few high end customs from the ground up over the year so it was real nice to catch a break when this 62 showed up at our shop. It came to us with 77k documented miles and it was pretty obvious that this car led a truly spoiled life sitting in a garage and driven on weekends. In factory from we transformed this time capsule to a more modern cruiser. Installing the air ride system. new wheels and tires. and dressing the engine. giving the car a pro touring style look at a affordable price. Quite honestly the car didn't need much else. With all the leg work done to make this car stand out now. its time for someone to enjoy it. If you have seen builds in the past you know that our standards go far beyond most with quality. tyle and experience. nbsp;and this one is no exception. ~327/powerglide. upgraded to an alternator. Hei distributor and new plugs and wires. shorty headers and Flowmaster mufflers. Edelbrock carb and intake. polished finned valve covers and air cleaner. ~Replacement stock interior. new carpet. original headliner (slightly stained around the edges but good shape no rips or tares) ~All lights and gauges work including horn and reverse lamps. Generator light still functions as it should. Radio comes on but is only am Wiring underdash is virgin and has never been cut or spliced in anyway. ~Professionaly installed air ride system retaining shocks at all four corners and a front sway bar. Shocks and sway bar bushings are new. Viair 480c compressor. 5 gallon air tank. and Easy Street paddle valves for trouble free and dependable operation. ~Car was repainted several years ago according to previous owner and was the first repaint on the car. Side trim and bumpers are in great shape. Rear cove panel and hockey stick moldings are driver quality but are easily obtainable. Body. frame and floors in great shape. center floor brace was repaired on either end but looks to have been done decently. No other issues we could find upon inspection. ~Brake system was gone through by previous owner. still has drum brakes but stops great and stops straight. ~Wheels are Ridler 645 18x8 and 20x8. 5. set the car off great with tires and matching tread pattern front to rear. Overall this car is in great shape. it runs and drives as good as it looks. If your looking for a highly collectable and truly cool car to show off on the weekends or blaze around town this is it.
