1978 Chevy Suburban. Scottsdale 10. $25,000 invested in the restoration so far. Brand new tires. No rust on the undercarriage- 2 small rust spots near the window (see photos). One ding on the side that must have happened this summer (see photos).Painted inner fender and fire walls. Leather interior. Tape deck and 10 disc cd changer. Kenwood sound system with subwoofer. Tinted windows. Needs a headliner. New V8 engine and auto transmission. Full dash off restoration. Holly 4 barrelcarburetor. 4 door with a drop down rear door for epictailgating!Interior is smoke free and is good and clean.
This truck was purchased from my grandfather (who bought it from the guy who restored it) because it is one of the raddest trucks ever. My grandfather never drove it (he's in a wheelchair) and it sat in his yard for almost a year. I put new tires on it, tuned up the engine and I've been using it as a surf truck in Ocean City, NJ. Now that the season is over- I've had my fun and I'm looking to sell it. It runs great! Starts up great and purrs nicely.
