Hello,
Thanks for stopping in to check on this sweet looking 67 Camaro RS Coupe. Yes it really is a promising project, because just a good look around this classic car you will soon realize that this beast has huge potential! First thing, the car is definitely Not your typical rust bucket or basket case Camaro that's been sitting rotting in someones backyard for 100 years. No,, I'm absolutely sure because I happen to be friends with the previous owner who lives just down the block from me here in Williston Park NY. This Camaro actually sat in his dry garage for nearly 33 years. He was the second owner of this car. The underside may look a bit dirty and have a small bit of surface rust but the car is solid! Furthermore, there has been tons of improvements already done to car maybe 25+ years ago> such as new rear quarters, and door skins. The car previously had red primer on it and had some minor surface blemishes which I sanded down, prepped, and primed. I started putting some of the parts back on the car and including the interior which is reflecting in the photes. Lots of money and time into this car! There are also some brand new parts on the car as well. The original hood, fender, hood valance, bright work/trim, and any other parts that pertain to this car will be included with this sale. Has new carpet installed, rear deck panel. The seats were out of a 69. No I do not have the OE front grill. New BF Goodrich TA Tires and true GM Rally wheels! Your getting new chevy mirrors and door handles. Comes with OE Handles as well. I currently dont have the time or money to put into the car anymore. Getting ready to move in a year and cant take the car as well.

The car will need a full brake job> Absolutely has NO BRAKES! Again NO BRAKES!!
NON NUMBERS MATCHING; Muncie M22 4 speed w/Hurst shifter. One of the linkage was put on incorrectly> upside down. very easy fix . Clutch feels good.
The Original 10 bolt swapped out for a 12 bolt posi w/ 456 gears.
NON NUMBERS MATCHING ; Chevy 350 LT1 Corvette engine w/ Turbo Angle Heads and mild performance cam . The engine ran about 3 years ago (Previous owner stated). No I have not attempted to run or start the engine as it will need to completely looked over, meaning > checking all the electrical and mechanical. Some loose wires need to be gone through. The linkage to the throttle on carb needs to be fixed. There is an electronic fuel pump that works. Fuel is leaking from carb. Fuel is good in the tank no worries. I would recommend a complete tune up and have all the fluids changed. Someone who knows their way around these chevy 350 engines could get it up and running in no time! But please take full note that the car is not currently running and must be accepted before your purchase. The car is being sold "as is" and in it's current condition and NO warranty expressed or implied.
