Up for Auction at No reserve is a 1978 Chevy C-10 Bonanza Short Box. I will do my best to describe the vehicle to the best of my abilities. Truck is equipped with a 250 In-line 6 automatic trans PS PB and A/C. Truck has 151035 miles and according to previous owner engine was rebuilt at 127K I cannot prove this as I have no paperwork. Everything seems to be working on truck except AC (no belt on compressor) and temp gauge is inaccurate. Truck runs, drives, stops like it should. Has quite a bit of power for a 6 cylinder. Most of truck has original paint has dents and surface rust but this truck has no rot or rust holes except one small hole in drivers side floor (see pictures). Doors rattle and drivers side could be adjusted as it does sag a little. No noticeable oil leaks or smoke this truck is quiet when running. Interior could use some work (door panels, dash, carpet, seat). All glass is good no cracks. Tires are weathered and could be replaced. I also noticed the bed of truck sits lower on the right side. Clean NM title and original owners manual included. This is a solid 99% rust-free truck that has beenin NM its entire life. A good start for someone looking to restore a 79 C-10 Bonanza Short-Box.
