Description for Chevrolet C-10 1967

I have decided to part with my pickup, as I only drove it three times, maybe four, this year,, and I have a 66 Chevelle I promised to finish for my wife.... I purchased the truck about 18 years ago and rebuilt it from the ground up. I chopped the top four inches, shaved the door handles, tipped the dash so it is flat or level on the top, lowered the front 5.5 inches, added coil overs and a four-link rear end, 9" ford posi with 3.90's, 18" wide Mickey street radials, front and rear disc brakes etc, etc....long list have all receipts etc, etc.....aluminum heads (AFR great heads), all forged internals, dual 750 Quick Fuel Carbs, Cometic head gaskets, right now pushing 13 or 14 pounds boost, 400 trans with a 3,000 rpm stall. Stereo is about 1500 watts, Alpine and Fosgate amps, dual 10" subs behind the seats, 6 x 9's in the doors, separate speakers custom fit to the kick panels.....Dakota Digital Gauges, autoloc door mechanisms with bear claw latches, aluminum fuel cell in between the frame rails with aluminum flush mount fill in the bed. The bed is custom cut solid maple and needs some finishing, as you can see from the pictures I did not complete the last update yet; wheel wells widened about a foot need paint.
. I also have a complete computer controlled fuel injection for the blower (Holley computer with starting parameters for this motor, Enderle bugcatcher, hidden injection nozzels up inside the bugcatcher) ready to be installed just never got around to it; brand new in boxes complete with all the necessary parts. Will let go with the truck for $3,000; I paid four. I have well over 35 in parts alone, which does not include all of the custom work. The one picture is from the World Of Wheels three years ago; it took best truck in show. Obviously, it is not a trailer queen as they say, but it is a decent build and lots of fun to drive. it runs good but with current set up needs a minimum of 108 octane. The injection would make it easier to change, but I do have additional pulleys and belt for putting it back to about 10 pounds so it can run on premium. Motor made 410 HP at 5000 rpm on the dyno without the blower. The internals are good to 7,000 rpm.
As suggested the truck is not "completely finished", as I kept changing things over the last four years. It has only been driveable in the last four years or so. Again, the wheel houses need to be finished, two boards in the bed need cleared, has a good scratch on the fender, some work needs to be completed again on the hood (I can tell you more if actually interested) and some other minor things I never worried about i.e. I never put a glove box in it, although I have a brand new one.
Let me know and I can answer any questions. I'm quite sure there is plenty more to discuss. Would consider partial trade for custom chopper or a corvette
