1953 chevrolet 3600 classic vintage antique pickup truck

Description for Chevrolet Other Pickups 1953

Nice truck. New bias ply tires and brakes. Split rims and bumpers have just been painted white. Radiator has been removed cleaned and recored. New battery. I put about 30 miles a week on this truck. Everything works, lights blinkers gauges, wipers. The heater box has just been sand blasted and painted. The heater is not put back together yet. I suspect it will need a new heater core. The fan for the heater works. It does not have a radio. There is one 3 inch section of the piping on the edge of the seat that needs repair. all the glass is good. There are some scratches in the paint but overall it is in very good condition. I have two sets of keys. The doors and locks work fine. Some of the rubber weather stripping is drying out and needs to be replaced. The 235 in line six runs great and the 4 speed shifts well. No problems with the clutch. The mileage on the odometer reads less than 36000 miles. I find it hard to believe that a 63 year old truck has less than 36000 miles on it.
