NOTE: Headlight Conversion; No more issues with old vacuum headlights. This eliminated the leaky and failure prone factory vacuum valves. Over time rubber hose/ other components of a vacuum system age and wear out. The headlamp rotation gets slower, inconsistent, "frog eyes" wink and eventually wink out.
