This auction is for a 1957 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup. Shortbed 2wd chassis. This truck is a project. It is a roller. has a low mileage running 472 Cadillac Big Block and Turbo 400 transmission. Stock frame and suspension. Gas tank located under bed. Cab has only surface rust on rockers. solid floorboards and other areas. no cancer. Has older patch panels and bodywork in cab corners that needs finishing. Firewall is stock. not cut up. Door handles and gas door have been shaved smooth. other bodywork has been done. but cab and bed both need dents removed and panels aligned. Bed is solid 1958 Fleetside shortbed. Has older existing bodywork. bodywork still required. Needs bed floor and wheelwells but bed frame is solid. no rust. Truck needs wiring. plumbing. and brake components to be a driver. Is also missing tailights. marker lights and trim. Has a front bumper and rear glass. o windshield or side glass. Seat needs reupholstered but is in useable condition. Stock steering column. This truck is an excellent start to a hot rod or custom project. Clean west coast sheetmetal. Hard to find in this nice of condition.
