1993 Chevrolet Corvette- true, original 40th Anniversary - Ruby Red exterior with Burgandy Leather interior. Well maintained, 168k miles. With a nice wash and wax treatment, the car will clean up nicely. Everything is there on the car. All power options work.
Recently replaced optispark distributor, ignition coil, spark plugs, water pump, serpentine belt, and gave it a fuel system cleaning but still can't get the car running. Cranks but won't start. I have receipts for all recent repairs. Battery just died and I don't have the time or the funds to get this back on the road.
I believe that the car needs a battery and an ignition control module (ICM) because those are the only parts left to change besides the plug wires. Should only be a few hundred dollars and some wrench time to have this running again.
For full disclosure and the most accurate description possible, there are some minor cosmetic nicks and scratches on the body but nothing of serious concern. Fiberglass is all in nice condition. The glass targa roof has some spider cracks and like most C4 corvettes, it could use a new set of weather strips (pictured). There is a minor crack in the windshield on the lower driver side corner as well (pictured). Drivers seat is nice but there are two patches on the passenger side seat bolster.
This is by far, the lowest priced complete 40th Anniversary Edition in the country. It will be selling at no reserve!
