Description for Chevrolet Other Pickups 1941
FOR SALE:
1941 Chevrolet AK Series Truck
You should be aware that this truck is the product of a recent frame-off, professional restoration effort that required a substantial investment. A truck like this is not easily reproduced.
The truck is powered by a 350 cubic-inch, V8 Chevrolet motor that is paired to an automatic transmission.
The truck shows exceptionally well with a black cherry metallic finish that was professionally applied. The cab and the hood are adorned with a hand-painted, red pinstripe.
The exterior of the truck features chrome front and rear bumpers, chrome door handles, chrome side mirrors, and chrome headlight surrounds.
The truck rolls smoothly on brand new, chrome REV wheels that are wrapped in brand new Toyo H/T Open Country tires. The truck has 17-inch front wheels and 18-inch rear wheels. The front tire size is 235/60/17 and the rear tire size is 235/60/18.
The bed of the truck features brand new ash wood with brand new chrome trim pieces. The fuel tank is accessed from the bed of the truck and the fuel cap is conveniently located near the tailgate. The tailgate is custom but it appears as if it is original equipment.
The interior of the truck welcomes driver and passenger with grey carpet floor coverings, grey cloth seats, and grey tweed door panels, cab panels, and headliner. The seats are manually adjustable.
The interior of the truck accommodates driver and passenger with a heating and air conditioning system that is controlled with a sleek control panel mounted below the painted dash. The painted dash contains a full set of VDO gauges, including a charging system gauge, an oil pressure gauge, a speedometer, and a fuel gauge.
While driving this truck, you will enjoy a fully functional lighting system (headlights, taillights, turn signals) and windshield wipers. You will also enjoy power windows.
The truck is equipped with a wood grain tilt steering wheel.
The truck offers supreme drivability as it equipped with front disc brakes and power steering.
The tinted glass that is seen in the truck is just that, tinted glass. This is not glass that has had cheap, aftermarket tint applied.
The underside of the truck has been appropriately refinished and pairs well with the beautiful top side.
The truck embodies a desirable combination of originality and modernity. Although the truck appears as if it belongs on a trailer, a trailer is not needed as the truck runs, rides, and drives great. The truck is prepared for short, in-town cruises or cross-country trips to your favorite show. The truck is a consistent provider of worry-free enjoyment; since its completion, the truck has logged more than 12,000 miles without a single issue. The truck has recently passed the National Street Rod Association's rigorous safety inspection.
The truck carries a clean and clear title that is ready for transfer.
Interested parties are welcomed to have the truck inspected but all inspections must be completed before the end of the auction. If you have questions or uncertainties about the truck or the purchase process, please contact me with those questions or uncertainties before bidding. I can be reached with a call or a text at (270) 748-1882. If I do not answer, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
