Description for Chevrolet Nova 1969

Hi, I'm selling my 1969 Nova, excellent condition, received a frame-on restoration 2 years ago. Wears SS badges but not a true SS. Body and paint was professionally done, and is very straight, see pictures, I'd rate the paint and body a solid 8 out of 10. The straight 6 engine was replaced with a SBC 307 that was totally rebuilt and lightly modified, it sounds great with a nice rumble. Also has a rebuilt TCI TH350 transmission with shift kit for nice crisp shifts.Interior is mostly new and super clean, new front seat upholstery, new headliner, and carpet, door panels are original and in excellent shape. New Custom Autosound AM/FM radio with Bluetooth, and Kenwood Speakers. Engine bay was cleaned and painted during the engine swap. Drum brakes all around and stops really good. New Delco shocks, drives smooth and straight, no rattles, steering components all inspected and serviced as needed.
Originally from California (I have documentation) this was a rot free, solid car to begin with, except drivers floor pan (as usual) so that was replaced with a correct pan, other floor pans are all original and in good shape. Wheel wells are perfect. Rockers are original and very solid, Trunk is also original and in excellent condition with new spatter paint.
This is a nice reliable cruiser to drive anywhere and show off at shows, gets looks and compliments everywhere I go.
I have paperwork showing odometer reading of 68,000 miles in 2001. Car was taken off the road for 14 years until I rescued it and restored it. I drove it for pleasure and to some shows for about a year, so odometer currently reads 70,900. According to the previous owner's story, and documentation I have, this appears to be actual mileage, but cannot guarantee it. I believe you can perform a VIN search to verify.

In the interest of honesty and full disclosure, It does need a couple of small things: The oil pan gasket has a leak. The rear quarter windows get stuck in the track, new window guides are included to fix it. Also the heater core is disconnected, brand new one is included just needs installation. The front fender has a nickel-sized ding just in front of the turning light marker (see pic). Please know the car is 48 years old after all, and is not a concours restoration. Its a cool car that is super clean, with great looks for cruising and enjoying. I don't want to part with it, but I started another project and need the space.

Feel free to ask any questions.Thank you!
