1964 Chevelle El Camino Project Car/Numbers Matching 283 with 3 Speed Manual

This is a 1964Chevelle El Camino with theoriginal 283 number matching motor with a 3 speed on the column with aposi rear.(motor is not locked up and has a carter carb). Car does NOT run or drive!!!! The frame is very solid with no rot(see underneath pics). All the glass and some of the trim is still in good shape. The rockers and doors are solid. The dash seems beuntouched/orginal. The tail gate opens and closesproperly. The edges around the tail gates/jams are solid! The bed floorwill need to be replaced and the floors in the interior will need work as well.
