This car started life as a 235 CID 6 cylinder with a three in the tree. It now sports a 409CID. dual quad motor with a muncie 4 speed and Hurst shifter. The rear is a 3:55 Posi. Iyt has power steering with an upgraded 800 series steering box. The ignition is a Pro Comp Electronic ignition consisting of new distributor & coil with 8mm wires. the motor was rebuilt using a 1964 block (code QC 340hp) that was bored 30 over. It has a 460 hydraulic cam. new valve guides. exhaust seats. polished crank. all new bearings. freeze & oil plugs. new pistons. reconditioned rods. ARP bolts used. new valve springs. and new Melling oil pump. shaft. & screen. Trans was rebuilt. Front end was gone through and disc brakes added with drilled & slotted rotors. Drum brakes on the rear. Wheels are 17" Boyd Junk Yard Dogs with new tires. Drive shaft rebuilt and new slip yoke. Chrome alternator. brake booster. master cylinder. hood hinges & springs . and hood latch. Edelbrock finned valve covers. aluminum water pump and Be Cool aluminum radiator. Black paint with metallic ghost flames. Good looking car that draws lots of attention and many compliments. Drives well. does not overheat. Has new started and fuel pump.
