Description for Chevrolet Impala 1976
1976 Chevrolet Impala 4 door post car extremely low mileage car. This car has been sitting since approximately 1989. I purchased this car in Pennsylvania from the second titled owner. This second owner never registered it or put it on the road. The car had one titled/registered owner from 1976-2016. The 47,714 miles are believed to be original and the condition of the interior proves this. The 350 engine runs amazing, does not leak or smoke and has recently been tuned up and oil changed. The transmission shifts flawlessly and does not leak. The interior is in great shape with just two minor cracks in the dash. The seats and carpet show very minimal wear. The radio, lights, windows, and heater controls all work as they should. The engine compartment took some cleaning and sprucing up however now looks and presents very nice. The undercarriage was steam cleaned, sprayed with Rust inhibitor and then painted with a nice chassis black paint. The floors, frame and trunk pan are in great shape with no issues. The car starts, runs and stops without any issues and is ready for the road or any cruise in. The paint still shines very nicely in most places however there is paint imperfections throughout the car. The chrome shines nicely and overall the car presents very nicely. The vinyl top is in excellent condition. The exhaust sounds great with a new flowmaster muffler installed. The right rear dog leg and lower rear quarter could use some attention from rust damage however this is not needed and can only be seen up close. There is also a very small rust hole above the left rear door handle. I did clean and touch up the car to get it in the conditon it is in at this point. It is a fine example of a driver quality 1976 Impala however it is not a Barret Jackson style car or a trailer queen. It does however ride, drive and stop with no issues and can be driven anywhere at anytime with no issues. The brakes work perfectly and the car will come with virtually brand new tires wrapped in the stock wheel with the stock hubcaps. The pictured wheels can go with the car for a determined fee however the stock wheels and hubcaps are what will come with the car. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or further pictures. I take pride in describing vehicles the best I can and want a buyer to be 100% satisfied and confident in knowing what they are buying. Please do not bid or buy if you do not have the funds. A $200 deposit will be required immediately through PayPal which is not refundable. I am able to assist with any shipper to have the car picked up at the buyers 100% financial responsibility. I really do like this car and was planning on keeping it however I just recently purchased a 1972 Chevy wagon that will require my attention and finances. The reserve is set at a very reasonable price for a quality driver car with these miles. Bid with confidence and good luck.
