Description for Chevrolet Nova 1967

Up for auction is a 1967 Chevy II Nova 2-door hardtop. It's a base V-8 hardtop not a Super Sport. It is an extremely rust free New Mexico car. It has a 350 crate motor and powerglide trans. 10 bolt rear end and power steering. The engine has an Edelbrock Performer intake. Holley 600 cfm carb and it runs very good with no smoke. the trans shifts smoothly. it does however have a power steering leak. The drum brakes work as they should. the car drives very nicely. The odometer reads 21. xx miles. (121. xx miles total on the body) it's only been driven @ 6. 00 miles since 1997. It has near new 205 75 14 tires on the front. brand new 205 75 15 tires on the rear. As stated above. it is a very rust free car. the floorpans look great. the trunk has some pitting starting but nothing through. The front suspension/engine cradle is in excellent shape also. This car has VERY good bones. It has a steel cowl induction hood. the rest of the body is stock. The bumpers and grill are very nice driver quality. headlight bezels are new. The outer body has had mediocre body work done to it throughout it's years and has an inexpensive paint job. I truly don't believe it needs any panel replacement. just straightened and repainted. It looks good as is as an everyday driver. I have tons of pictures for anyone truly interested. The car was originally Maroon. The interior has the original carpet and seats. The front needs recovering. the rear is in good shape. they have aftermarket seat covers on them to protect them from the high desert sun. The headliner is not original but is in good shape. The steering wheel is not original. The interior is comfortable but in my opinion should be redone. the metal in the interior has been painted black. The interior color is originally tan. I will answer all inquiries honestly and promptly. I'm selling this car for a gentleman I have known for 20+ yrs. Please e-mail or call (505) 263-3077 with any questions. I reserve the right to end the auction as it is for sale locally. Good luck and happy bidding! Sorry. no trades.
