1963 Corvette Convertible originally a 327/340hp solid lifter car now being enjoyed as a nice driver quality car with new paint strong running motor and that great mid-year look with knock-off wheels and a factory hard top. This is not a frame-off restored NCRS numbers car so if that's what your into this car is not for you nor is it priced as one. This car was built for the guy or girl who wants the great look and styling or the 63 Corvette as well as the performance and reliability of a daily driver. This car was built to enjoy and drive great for local shows cruise-in's and is not priced like a matching numbers restored car you are afraid to take out of the garage. Car is powered by a 010 casting 1970 350 built to LT1 specs and is very responsive and runs 100%. Has old style Snowflake aluminum Intake and Carter AFB carb. Previous owner stated it still retained its original 4 spd trans I have not verified the numbers but have no problem doing so for a serious buyer. Body is straight seam and gaps are nice and new paint has been wet sanded and buffed to a mirror finish. Interior is original and very well preserved even carpet is original. Speedo tach oil pressure and heat work great. New heater core and also have a new GM Radiator top hose (not shown in pics). Original AM/FM radio does not work neither does clock. Knock off wheels are in great shape and really set the car off. Frame is solid as a rock no rust issues anywhere. This is not a #1 car and it needs a few minor cosmetic touches but over-all its a solid car and a great driver quality car. It can be driven anywhere runs very strong and its a very reliable set-up. Headlights work great and have nice alignment and it also has all bracing for convertible top just needs new material installed for a brand new convertible top. I personally just take the hard top off if I want a convertible but all framing is place just needs material installed (maybe $500 total). Inspections are welcome anytime and encouraged that way there are no discrepencies. In other words come look before you bid or send a 3rd party. Car is sold as is no warranty and I reserve the right to end this auction at anytime. Car is priced to move and needs very little to be 100% and I have some new parts I have not yet installed that go with car.
