Description for Chevrolet C-10 1975
Perfect Christmas gift/wintertime fixer-upper to treat yourself or a loved one to? Father? Father in law? Granddad? and can be delivered before Christmas! This was Grandpaws special ordered and very rare 1975 GMC Sierra Classic C1500/1/2 ton LWB fleetside pickup truck, All numbers matching bigblock 454ci/245hp engine, turbohydromatic 400 transmission, 12 bolt posi rearend, 126,983 actual miles, Rally wheels, Michelin tires, 97% rustfree, Purchased brandnew from Tim Bowles Motors in Osceola Arkansas on 1/11/1975 and has remained in the area ever since. Never subjected to salty roads or climates, Never rawhided or abused, Well taken care of and maintained, Other factory options include air conditioning, powerdisc brakes, powersteering, am radio (now has am-fm 8 track), tinted glass, folding seat back, sliding rear window, chrome grill, 2 tone paint, red custom vinyl interior, heavy duty rear springs, plus all of the sierra classic equipment, This was a near mint truck (body) until the previous owners daughter backed into the side of the bed (easily repairable by a skilled bodyman), After the accident the owner got disgusted and parked the truck for a couple of years before deciding to let it go, I have cranked the truck by pouring some gas into the carburetor however it does not stay running, Problem is the fuel pump is not pumping any gasoline to the carburetor to keep it running, Also needs a new battery and the brakes will need to be checked as well, Exhaust is old, Simply things needed from sitting and not being driven for a couple of years, (Depending on my work schedule I may or may not have the chance to install a new fuel pump and battery, If so I will update my listing) Grandpaw also bent the front bumper with a tow strap trying to move the truck on his farm, Once again easily replacable, Overall a great father/son/daughter wintertime fixer-upper that will make someone a very nice/classic truck, Quick delivery for $1.00 a loaded mile within a certain distance, Feel free to contact Paul at 901-219-9569 with any questions, Bidders with zero/less than 10 positive feedback must contact me before bidding or i will cancel your bid/bids, Bank wire transfer preferred for payment as it is the quickest and safest method of payment for both the buyer and the seller, If you cannot follow our payment instructions please look elsewhere, Sold in as-is condition, Thanks again for looking and bidding!Note: Shown below is the prices from the latest NADA price/value guide climbing to over $30k for this truck in number 1 condition and can be bought for a fraction of that right here on EBAY!!
