Description:Here we have this 1968 Camaro trueSS that is powered by a 383 strokerwith a Muncie M-214-speed manual transmission, power steering, and power brakes. It is a fantastic driving car that needs nothing, a true turn key muscle car. It sounds, looks, and feels great going down the road. It is one of the nicer Camaro's that we have seen, and are proud to offer it for sale. This car is a real SS and the trim tag is broken down below.
Interior: The interior of the Camaro is super clean with no wear or cracking on the dashboard and no fading or tearing on the seats. The floors are solid and the headliner is in great condition. The seats are in great condition along with the center console and Hurst shifter that is front and center. The radio works and sounds great as well.
Exterior:The exterior of the Camaro is just as nice as the interior. The car is finished in Ash Goldwith the SS gloss black vinyl stripe around the front end with the 383 badges on the fender. All of the badges, trim, and the bumpers are in excellent condition as well. The car has BF Goodrich tires, rally wheels with the correct center caps, new glass and weather stripping, all new chrome, a new grill, and new bumpers and lights. This is a fine example of what a '68 Camaro SS should look like.
Drivetrain: The Camaro is powered by a 383 stroker that is paired to a fresh Muncie M-214-speed manual transmission. It has a 10 bolt rear end, 3.55 gears and plenty of torque coming from that 383 ci V8. The motor and transmission have less than 400 miles on them and the car also has an aftermarket intake and carburetor, ceramic coated headers, dual Flowmaster exhaust, and fresh tubular front suspension. The car goes through the gears smoothly and there is no chatter from the clutch. It is a great highway cruiser that will never overheat and tracks perfectly straight. It is also a very easy car to drive with its power steering and power front disc brakes and rear drums and accessible power in all 4 gears.
