Description for Chevrolet Caprice 1991

Up for sale is a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice which is the first model year the last generation of these full size bubble Chevys. It's becoming harder to find these cars now for sure! This car only has under 82,000 miles on the odometer but it is not running currently. I'm not 100% sure why but I wasn't able to start it.
