Description for Chevrolet Camaro 1969

This is not an original L78 ss 396 car, but has everything added that would have been on a L78 car in 1969. Car was originally built in July 1969, Norwood Ohio. This is an Original V8 car, originally with Dover White and blue interior. No expense was spared to create this X22/D80 car from the ground up including the correct cowl tag. The engine is a real 396/375 horsepower L78 dated late 1968.I'll list some of the drivetrain improvements with part or casting #'s used in the build.

Rear quarters, trunk pan, and rear valance was replaced. Correct SS Tic, Tac, Toc gauges were reset to 0 miles at the build. Interior was replaced using PUI interiors. All Glass appears to be original or period correct. Correct Steel Insulted hood for an SS car. Original GM SS wheels, NOS rings and NOS SS center caps. Correct New Firestone tires were put on the car.The car is equipped with power steering, tilt rosewood wheel, and power brakes. All trim was replaced or restored. Car has less than 700 miles since the 2009 complete restoration. Full restoration album goes with the car.
