Clean California title on hand.Yes car rolls fine. Project car never road tested since rat roded with 1947 Cadillac running gear all the way around. Cadillac Flathead V8, hydramatic automatic transmission. Rear-end, front brakes and master cylinder and gas pedal, Steering column all of 1947 cadillac. New gaskets installed on engine block and transmission. All linkages between steering column and transmission hooked up. Brakes need bleeding to make car stop due to new brake lines installed. Original steering wheel to vehicle was redone nicely.6 volt electrical system, amps gauge works fine. Gas gauge shows full. Gas tank was cleaned out. Lights work fine except for dome light needs bulb. Water temp is not hooked up but engine has new 6 volt temp sending unit installed in engine block but not hooked up to gauge due to it being a mechanical gauge. 6 volt electric radiator fan installed. Radiator checked out good. Metal flooring installed. Roof has sheetmetal worked done to cover old opening. Car is all metal NO Bondo. Passenger window is broken. Needs seats upholstered. Speedometer cable needs to be installed. Car needs front and rear shocks. I have replacement steering gear box that needs to be switched out and sterring shaft welded in place. Fuel pump has been rebuild, but carburetor might need to be rebuild as engine had a hard time starting up. New 6 volt battery. Stock front brakes assembly also included in purchase along with emergency brake handle that is original to car.
