Description for Chevrolet Corvair 1965

Very nice survivor! I am listing this for my Brother. He purchased this from a family member who had it stored in a barn for years. We did some clean up but left it mostly as is. It has had some previous paint work from dent repairs and does have rust at the typical areas, lower fenders and at the base of the hinge pillar. This could be a 100 point car with some TLC.Things done 3 yrs ago. Windshield replaced and back glass removed, flanges cleaned up and spot painted. Brakes are original however, we replaced two wheel cylinders. New fuel tank. sway bar bushings and links. New Belly closure pan, floor is solid. Wheels were sandblasted and powder coated black with new Cooper radials. Carburetor reconditioned. New muffler.Interior was removed. Carpet had some bad mold and had to be replaced, same with headliner. Rear seat cover was replaced because of brittleness. Front seats, door panels, dash are all untouched.This also includes repair manuals, parts catalogs and items collected with car.
